Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Suppviv. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

1.1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include details about your order and a receipt.

1.2. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed on holidays.

1.3. Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

2.1. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2.2. Delivery Estimates:

  • United States (Standard Shipping): 5 - 9 business days.
  • United Kingdom (Standard Shipping): 4 - 6 business days.
  • Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

2.3. Shipping Locations: We ship from two warehouses, located in the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders are fulfilled from the closest warehouse based on stock availability to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Suppviv ships to addresses within the US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the US may take longer to arrive. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the UK.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

4.1. Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

4.2. Order Tracking: You can track your order directly on the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Suppviv is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Suppviv is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@suppviv.com with photos of the damage. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Our customer service team is here to help with any questions regarding returns for damaged products.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom and the United States. Orders placed outside of these locations cannot be processed at this time.
